Jiangsu Valin-Xigang Special Steel Co.,LTD (Hereinafter named Valin-Xigang) is one of the key state-owned steel co***nies mainly held by Hunan Valin Steel Co.,LTD, together with China Resources Group taking part in the management. With the whole moving from Wuxi city to Xingang Park, Jingjiang city, Valin-Xigang constructs the smelting, bar making, PQF¦Õ258 three main steel production lines and basic infrastructures, living areas, and inland terminal deport. Valin-Xigang has invested RMB 4 billions in the first installment to build new Xigang with annual capacity of 800 thousand tons of steel and 900 thousand tons of high quality seamless steel pipes and alloy steel bars, which will be realized in 2011. Valin-Xigang has introduced EAF-CCM production line from Italy Danieli &C.Offcine Meccaniche ***, PQF¦Õ258 continuous caster machine from SMS Innse ***, and newly built 850 continuous casting bar line. The outside diameter ranges from 32mm to 273.1mm, the wall thickness is from (4.0mm)4.1mm to 40mm,and the length is from 4.877m to 14.63m.The product spectrum covers the casing billets, coupling stocks, oil drill pipes, high-pressure boiler pipes, low and medium pressure boiler pipes, gas cylinder pipes, Hot-rolled seamless steel tubes for hydraulic pillar service, structural seamless pipes, Oil Country Tubular Goods, line pipes, and seamless steel pipes for fluid service and other high alloy steel pipes. After the completing of the new bar production line, the scope of the products consists of high value-added and high quality special bar products such as bearing steel from ¦Õ45mm to ¦Õ150mm,steel billet, auto steel, stainless steel, and of high grade steel seamless billets and the products can fulfill the personalization demands from the clients.
